The aged smile including wear, bone loss, old restorations and stain restored with porcelain crowns for function & aesthetics.  She wanted to make sure they looked natural and age-appropriate.  Adding length creates a more youthful smile.

Patient had upper six porcelain crowns done by a previous dentist but wanted them redone to look more natural and widen the smile.  Opaque and white replaced with translucent and natural characterizing.

Patient had full mouth reconstruction with a mixture of porcelain crowns and implant crowns.

Replaced plastic fillings with porcelain crowns, while maintaining her existing shape. Patient had a lot of patchwork fillings done towards the gum line that were discoloring so we did upper eight in porcelain to provide a long-lasting and uniformed look.

Patient had uppers done (excluding his back molars) with porcelain crowns and loved them so much that he came back the next year and did his lowers as well.

Patient had periodontal therapy, the front four teeth extracted due to bone loss, and an eight-unit porcelain bridge.

Patient had his laterals restored with minimally invasive (no drilling) veneers. Notice the characterizations added to the veneers to blend in naturally with his other teeth which have some hyper-calcification spots.
